Shipping policy

SINGCHOICE processes orders on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully received, please allow time for order processing before dispatch.

Singapore Delivery

Orders within Singapore are prepared for local delivery after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, courier availability, peak periods, public holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Singapore Shipping Fees

• Orders over SGD $100 — Free Shipping

• Orders below SGD $100 — SGD $10 flat-rate shipping

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

International Delivery

International shipping availability, delivery times, and shipping fees vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for confirming that health supplements and related products purchased from SINGCHOICE may be legally imported into their destination country or region before placing an order.

Where international shipping is available, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout whenever possible.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local fees, clearance charges, or additional documentation requirements imposed by the destination country or region.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee charged by SINGCHOICE.

SINGCHOICE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local import procedures.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping notification.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.
